Gckey is just a login method for the ircc portal. you will be applying with the same portal (ircc). in canada, people can login using their bank login, gckey and some other login partner. if you've been rejected, then it's most likely because you do not qualify, or you didn't fill out your application properly. fill out everything clearly and properly, then if you get rejected, you're out of luck.
