YouTube Keyboard Shortcuts - YouTube 2 i have a logitech keyboard and a mouse pair (keyboard k270 and mouse m185) that are paired to a single non unifying receiver, and they work (i bought them together as a pair). now one button in the mouse stopped working so i bought a new m185 mouse, but i can't pair it with the older receiver using logitech's connect utility (version 2.30.90). I'm a bit embarrassed to ask this, but how can i enter the ^ (i can't see it in my keyboard) that is part of the control sequence: ctrl ^? the ^ character is often called caret, circumflex, or hat. The basic italian keyboard layout as shipped with windows 7 has no way of typing the backtick (`) or the tilde (~). i checked this using microsoft keyboard layout creator (msklc), with that layout loaded into it. i presume that this layout is more or less standard in italy, though of course microsoft might have its own oddities here. however, in windows 7, there is a somewhat different layout. I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut that will duplicate the functionality available by double clicking the "handle" in the bottom right corner of a cell. is there something that can do this, without.

Some months ago i needed a small keyboard and bought an okion km229 without noticing that it has no home or end key. this makes it tricky to type as i'm so used to using these keys. i haven't yet f. My keyboard stops working properly: for instance, if i type the 'd' key, actually windows understands alt d. any key i type is interpreted as this key plus alt. Is there a keyboard function that will allow me to do this? i like to use the keyboard to avoid repetitive mouse motions. i can use the shift key and arrow keys to make a selection, but i don't know what (if any) key can trigger this function. i also don't really know what this function is actually called. It appears that you have your keyboard setup for french or some european language. here is a ubuntuforums discussion on a similar case seen in ubuntu, pressing shift 4 should give you a question mark, or maybe it's shift 6, i can't remember. but if either of those do it, you've got the french layout on. here is another similar case on french keyboard getting activated. i figured out why.
