The toolbar appears at the top of the visual paradigm application window. it is a collection of commonly used buttons and tools, categorized into several function menus. It provides 3 sort options: by name, by type or customized. so if you expand everything (using the 2nd option in the panes toolbar) then sort by type (3rd option) it will group all elements of the same type together. press control shift i, this will show the description window.
