Anyone have experience with the nitecore emr10 or emr40 mosquito repellers? seems like having rechargeable batteries to cook the pads is a major advantage over the disposable butane cartridges the thermacell uses. but i've seen some reviews that say it doesn't get hot enough to vaporize the chemical.

NITECORE EMR10 Mosquito Repellant – Tipella Backcountry I received the emr10 from nitecore for the review. the emr10 is a battery (1 or 2 21700) powered mosquito repellent with usb c charging and powerbank functionality, 2 modes (indoor and outdoor) and a display to convey useful information. My first opportunity to test the nitecore emr40 was during a weekend fishing trip to a local lake known for its aggressive mosquito population. i clipped the repeller to my fishing vest and activated it as soon as i arrived at my chosen spot. The emr10 has both ultrasonic and repellent capability. ultrasonic repellent works by emitting a frequency that human ears can't pick up, but are upsetting to pests such as mosquitos, cockroaches, flies, and mice. additionally, it comes with an indoor and outdoor mode for the repellent. Nitecore says they will run up 10 hours on a charge. that have a belt clip on them. the units are pretty small and compact. there are 2 settings on them, low and high. with all the mosquitoes this year i don’t see me using low. the charging cord is just a mini usb but the cord is short about 18” max.

I'm a big fan of nitecore flashlights, but i've heard that nitecore's recently launched a new mosquito repellent, and i personally question their ability to make other products, like the previous outdoor air conditioner. The nitecore emr40 is an excellent choice for outdoor enthusiasts and gardeners looking for a lightweight, portable mosquito repeller. it creates a comfortable pest free zone in an area of up to 16 ft radius outdoors and 11 ft indoors. We have been receiving offers from y'all to ship us broadheads to be tested on the channel, as i can't find the words to say how much that means to us i went and got a po box today so we can make.
