Trying to set up and load tools on my new to me dmc103v with 840d control and between the dmg manual, and the 840d manual am missing something. i can describe and load tools in the tool magazine but cant call them from mdi. In this section we are describing an alignment procedure with camera, using machine vision (mv) module in dmc. to understand the alignment principles and procedure, please read through the following sections: 1. coaxial and off axis cameras in dmc 2. camera view in preview window 3. manual alignment by dragging objects 4. one point manual. Use a 1.5mm allen key (provided) to adjust the tension. when using cartridges, back the adjustment screw out until the spring tension is released. with standard needles, engage the spring tension by turning the adjustment screw in all the way in order to stabilize the mechanism at higher speeds. The cnc program is downloaded, along with any electronic set up instructions for the particular part (or family of like kind parts), and the information is available at the machine controller for easy access.
