Tutors and students can create quality interactive learning resources using the following tools that are available within xerte. it is best practice to create interactive resources in xerte toolkit, and embed them into the bootstrap.

Xerte Guide Click on the upload files button and select the files you want. you can save time by uploading multiple files at the same time; if you organise your resources in folders on your pc (or web based storage) this makes it easier to select and load multiple files. The media browser manages all of the media (image, audio and video) that you upload for a xerte project. whenever you click the import media button, or browse server (ifinserting images in the text editor), the media browser opens. In the media library double click on the image that you just uploaded to add it to the “background” section. in the “background” section set “opacity” to 25 and make sure the “greyscale” checkbox is checked. the opacity and greyscale settings will depend on the colour and contrast of the image.
