🙁 just opened new savings and checking accounts at fifth third bank for the sole purpose of using quicken for online bill pay. Fifth third bank had a special listing of "fifth third bank new" in the quicken financial institution list that allowed direct connect.

October 2021 edited october 2021 message from fifth third bank: "our team has reported that if you are seeing an ol 332 a, this is an issue that quicken is working on to resolve and expects to be resolved within 24 48. they advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with fifth third bank until this time frame has passed. Starting this morning 11/22/2024, i have been getting cc 502 when i try to update my fifth third bank accounts. i hope it is only temporary. tom. Fifth third bank says they place no restrictions on quicken connections. again, my accounts sync with fifth third fine, but do not sync to the web or mobile. however, on web or mobile, the account titles are listed, but all the balances are zero. thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.
